Description of problem:
Update swap collectd plugin configuration to

  ReportBytes true
  ValuesPercentage true
</Plugin>

ReportBytes true - When enabled, the swap I/O is reported in bytes. When. This option is available under Linux only.

ValuesPercentage true - Enables reporting of relative swap metrics, i.e. percent available and free.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
