Description of problem:
The currently documented way is wrong for OSP12 which uses a different set of THT templates for docker enabled OC-ironic services. 

The changes need to be documented

So we mention that we include the two `ironic.yaml` environment files in the overcloud deployment. However, we previously only defined one environment file. We might need to clarify this before we consider it complete.
