Steps to Reproduce:
1.provision appliance
2.enable embedded ansible
3.add a new repo
4.fill out form with invalid URL

Actual results:no validation required


Expected results:validation button before adding the URL

Simple validation check button to prevent users from adding a repo with a none resolvable URL

When adding repo, there is validation on the url syntax and there is notification on an invalid repo.
