Product Management and Engineering have agreed that the Satellite 5 hammer-cli-import tools should no longer be shipped and supported in Satellite 6.

This bug will allow us to track the removal and ensure they are no longer included in 6.3

Per email discussion Bug 1451558 will revise Transition Guide docs accordingly, there will also be vebiage in Release Notes and https://access.redhat.com/articles/1187643 (Transitioning from Sat 5 to Sat 6) kbase that Rich owns.
