Prior to RHCS 2.0, the "rbd" CLI does not accept unit specifiers on arguments like "--io-total 1G".

There should be reasonable message, shouldn't it to avoid any confusion?

Of course -- fixed in RHCS 2.0 and won't be fixed in RHCS 1.x
