Ok it should work now [1]. TLDR, Lapack has been rebased to new version which adds the missing symbols, however there were some problems with the first builds [2] and atlas has been rebuild with those first builds. I've done rebase of atlas and rebuild it with the working version of lapack.

If there are still problems, feel free to reopen this bug.
