Yes, I goofed on the symlink and I have a fix ready, but I haven't pushed a build yet. The control panel is not required to pair, though, and runs outside of the domoticz code that talks to Z-wave devices. It is an optional debugging tool. I have multiple z-wave devices paired using the Domoticz pairing options.
