Description of problem:

The source tarballs don't need to be in the package git repository, since tools building the package will obtain the source url from the SPEC file and download it before doing the build.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Clone the package and check that source tarballs were added to the repository.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpkg clone tpm2-tools 
2. cd tpm2-tools
3. ls *.tar.gz

Actual results:

tpm2.0-tools-1.1.0.tar.gz and tpm2.0-tools-2.1.0.tar.gz are listed.

Expected results:

No source tarballs should be in the package repository.
