Description of problem:
Org Admin user cannot view any resources in taxonomies in which user has permissions.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.3.0 Snap 11

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Org Admin by cloning 'Organization admin' role
2. Assign an organization A, B and Location A, B to the Org Admin role
3. Create user and assign above Org Admin role
4. Assign Organization A, B and Location A, B to the user
5. Login from the new user and attempt to access resources in Organization A and B

Actual results:
Org Admin User cannot view resources in permitted taxonomies

Expected results:
Org Admin User should be able to view resources in permitted taxonomies

Thanks for the report, could you please be more specific about what resources can't be seen? Does the user at least see the menu items for those resources, e.g. Infrastrucutre -> Domains? Did you also assigned locations A,B to those resources?

So, the answers are :

1. Menu items are all visible but I don't see any resource(I tried this with domains only) except Content and Access Insights for which separate bugs are filed.
2. Yes, I assigned locations A and B to resource(in my case domain)

This is not getting reproduce again, so closing this issue.
