Description of problem:

Tried to run an app with the tomcat example app and got the following error:
error instantiating Build from BuildConfig opa/jws-app (0): Error resolving ImageStreamTag jboss-webserver30-tomcat8-openshift:1.2 in namespace openshift: unable to find latest tagged image

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
everytime on my namespace (opa)


Steps to Reproduce:
1. add to project
2. pick tomcat with all defaults
3. create

Actual results:
doesn't build.

Expected results:
should build.
