Description of problem:
rpm -qi shows 'https://fedorahosted.org/logrotate/' which no longer exists.

Current

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'rpm -qi logrotate'

Actual results:
'https://fedorahosted.org/logrotate/' was shown.

Expected results:
The new upstream site needs to be shown.
https://github.com/logrotate/logrotate

Additional info:
This issue is not limited to logrotate package.
Fedorahosted site was retired
All other package whose URL, Source or else which point to fedorahosted.org need to be update to the current upstream site.

Confirmed.  Also the man page contains the URL and needs to be updated.

New version of Lograte correctly shows new upstream site.
