Forgot to mention: OS running during some days without a reboot but some packages were updated via dnf during that time. Update log file dnf_reinstall+upgrade.log is attached. Probably is related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1444365 Similar problem has been detected: Dell XPS 15 9560 with Fedora Linux. No power management software, using default after installation.
