Sadly we are not able to update git-annex to a newer version in any timely
fashion due to many missing dependencies (see 1176888).

git-annex is currently obsoleted and uninstallable in Fedora 26+ anyway.
We could obsolete it for F25 too.

(In the long term we would like to get latest git-annex back into Fedora again,
but I have a copr repo.)

On Fedora 26, git-annex cannot be installed due to ghc-obsoletes Obsoleting it. So I'm going to close this as fixed in 27.
