This is basically a dup of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1494340 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1494341 fixed in https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/pull/2236
