1. Proposed title of this feature request
 list/get permissions on nodes for dedicated-cluster-admin or another custom role

3. What is the nature and description of the request?
 Customer is requesting a role that they can give to their users that has list/get on nodes, so they could run (for instance):
# oc describe node

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
 Customer wants to implement a custom metrics solution that requires list/get access on the nodes for monitoring purposes

dedicated-cluster-admin can already do this, just not yet on serviceaccounts. closing
