Description of problem:
I think the URL in SPEC should point to:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/hamlib/

which is the project page, not to:
http://hamlib.sourceforge.net

which is redirected directly to the documentation.

Looks like "www.hamlib.org" redirects there nicely.
