Description of problem:
In Networks -> Templates subtab is missing table header separator before Version column.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.2.0-0.0.master.20170831223128.git34f4d69.el7.centos.noarch

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Network -> Networks
2. go to some network detail
3. go to Templates subtab

Actual results: separator is missing, see attachment


Expected results: separator is not missing

Still not visible in FF 55.0.3, in Google Chrome is it OK.
