Description of problem:

Upon attempt to redirect USB device the device may disappear from the hub or root port, redirection fails and the device does not appear anymore

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

UsbDk 1.0.19 and earlier

How reproducible:

Happens sometimes with different devices, with some devices happens more consistently, more often with integrated (like built-in cameras) 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to redirect the device to VM using remote viewer
2. In successful case the device disappears and then reappears on client as UsbDk device. In case of failure the device does not appear and failure indicated after 120 sec timeout

This bug has not been marked as blocker for oVirt 4.3.0.
Since we are releasing it tomorrow, January 29th, this bug has been re-targeted to 4.3.1.
