Description Antonin Pagac 2017-09-05 09:24:55 UTC
Description of problem:
Appliance version: 5.8.2.0

User with an uppercase letter in username can't log in to an appliance. The error shown in UI is:

"Incorrect username or password"

Users with lowercase letters can log-in without problems.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.2.0.20170824192913_b09a5f8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to an 5.8.2.0 appliance as admin
2. Create a new user ("Administrator|EVM" -> "Configuration", on the accordion "Access Control" -> "Users", then "Configuration" -> "Add a new user")
3. Input data. In "Username" field, input something with an uppercase character
4. Click Add
5. Logout
6. Try to log in with credentials you just created

Actual results:
User can't log in, error appears

Expected results:
User should be able to log in even with an uppercase letter in username
