Description of problem:
Package eclipse-mylyn fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

Missing requirement: org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.sdk.util 3.23.0.qualifier requires 'bundle com.google.gson [2.2.0,2.8.0)' but it could not be found

Current version of google-gson in rawhide is 2.8.1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.23.0-4.fc27

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f28 eclipse-mylyn-3.23.0-4.fc27.src.rpm

This was already fixed in eclipse-mylyn-3.23.1-1.fc28
