Description of problem:
In luminous, by default no rbd pool will be created.
But iscsi gateway service expect the pool to be present when it is starting.
Should notify the user to create a rbd pool before starting "rbd-target-gw.service".
Please include a warning to the same effect in the iSCSI configuration guide.
