I tried reproducing this bug on the unified-stg and locally, but was unable to. It's possible this was fixed and the bug wasn't updated? The steps I took were just like in the bug description: 1. Register an account 2. Upgrade memory 3. Cancel account 4. "At your request..." message is displayed 5. Update payment method 6. "At your request..." message is no longer displayed Putting the ON_QA just to make sure it's still valid Hi, Mike Your steps are right. I tried again. The result of Step 6 : "At your request.." is still displayed. also there are a message prompt in account review. The message is "Subscription has already been canceled". In fact , not cancelled. I add attachment. Created attachment 1332571 [details]
Cancellation message
Tested this with multiple accounts, and can't reproduce any of the error messages described/shown. Though, it is possible that you are seeing this message because of an old account which we wouldn't be able to replicate with. Could you try to recreate this with a new account? Create a new account and follow the description step, the 'At your request ..' message has gone, and the cancelled account are active without any error messages. |
