Description of problem:
Customers experience confusion in Step 4 of the "9.3. Add remaining virtualization hosts to the hosted engine" section, as it is not clear that by selecting deploy, this value allows the HE to run on the new host.

Add the following <information> for clarification:

4. In the Hosted Engine tab of the New Host dialog, set the value of Choose hosted engine deployment action to deploy. <Selecting deploy allows the Hosted Engine to run on this host.>

Closing the bug as verified. Fix could be seen in both RHHI 1.1 and RHHI 2.0 doc's.
