Description of problem:
CSD is enabled in settings but doesn't the headerbar when Tree Style Tabs addon is enabled

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 firefox-55.0.3-3.fc26

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In 'addons:config' enable CSD by creating widget.allow-client-side-decoration = true

CSD gets enabled

2. Install Tree Style Tabs - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab
3. Restart Firefox

Actual results:
CSD is not enabled

Expected results:
CSD is enabled, tabs are shown on the sidebar using Tree Style Tabs addon

I just tested the latest version from AMO (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab/) and seems to work fine with CSD version. Can you confirm that?

Yes, works fine here as well
