Ping on this, I'll need it as a build requirement soon.  Clément, if you don't have time to follow through on this I can pick it up.  It also might be worth adapting this spec file to use the new Go macros.

Package is in repos, even if it was imported by another user a couple of years later... but I can't find another package review for it, so I'm going to close this one as done.
