Description of problem:
Kexi doesn't run due to missing breeze-icons.rcc

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kexi-3.0.2-2.fc26.x86_64

How reproducible: every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. kexi

Actual results:
Could not open icon resource file ‘breeze-icons.rcc’.

Kexi will not start. Please check if Kexi is properly installed.


Expected results: kexi runs

 dnf install breeze-icon-theme-rcc

fixes the problem. Kexi package needs to declare dependence on breeze-icon-theme-rcc

Interesting, I was under the impression those icons were supposed to get embedded at build time, and not be a runtime dependency.
