Description of problem:

Trying to add a comment to bug 141167 and I get the following:

Not allowed
You tried to change the Assignee field from steved to no value, but
only the owner or submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user, may
change that field.

Please press Back and try again.

Needless to say, I'm not trying to change the Assignee field.
