Describe the issue: Some features are lacking in the F5 router

Suggestions for improvement: add the following into the Note section:

There are a number of features that are lacking/incomplete/buggy in the F5-plugin:
- No support or wildcard routes together with re-encrypt (you *must* supply a cert/key in the route). And if you *would like to* provide a cert, key *and* ca, the ca is never used
- No support for sharding (i.e. having multiple vservers on the F5)
- A pool is created for all services, even those where there is no associated route


Additional information: 
Some features are lacking in the F5 router, so its a request to put in the docs so that other customers save their lot of time and money. So add this information in a NOTE section.

Please put a note in "Prerequisites and Supportability" section.

and other lacking features on F5 router comparing haproxy router:
- idling
- insecureEdgeTerminationPolicy (Allow/Redirect)
- SSL cipher (ROUTER_CIPHERS=modern/old)

Phil: Can you help identify the gaps between F5 and haproxy router support so we can clarify the docs?  You may need to ask Miciah and Rajat for any differences that they know of too.  Thanks
