2.4. Collection Queries

Describe the issue: 

"Collections Queries" talks about '/api/groups/' but there is not informations provided regarding "Group Management"[1]

ManageIQ API guide related to "Group Management"[1] has misleading info in examples which may lead to in-access/exception on page when group with "belongsto" filter is created.
