Description Gary Gatling 2017-09-25 21:12:25 UTC
Created attachment 1330716 [details]
taken with gnome-screenshot -w -d 5 yellow.png

Description of problem:

When updating to chromium 60.0.3112.113-2 under rhel 7 from epel 7 some of the browser is rendered in yellow. Like all the border area. Also some browser widgets do not render correctly.

When I take a screenshot the border is cyan in png file. So I also took photo with digital camera. It happens with any account and whether you are signed into chromium or not. So its not like a settings problem. Happens in virtual machines and on real PCs with nvidia and AMD GPUs.

Downgrading to version Version 59.0.3071.115 gets rid of weird yellow border.

This is not a problem on fedora. It seems to be limited to RHEL 7.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

60.0.3112.113-2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade chromium to 60.0.3112.113-2 on RHEL 7 or CentOS 7. (Tested both)
2. start web browser

Actual results:

Border is bright yellow.

Expected results:

Usually its baby blue I think. Or whatever skin you have.

Additional info: I will try to add the picture files.

Can you try the version in epel-testing? It seems to have corrected the problem for me.
