Description of problem:
Configure menu item 'Create a snapshot of selected cloud volume' is untranslated.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login cfme with non en_US locale
2. Navigate to Storage - Block Storage - Volumes, Click on Configuration menu
3. 'Create a snapshot of selected cloud volume' is in English

Actual results:
Translation not present.

Expected results:
Translation should be present.

This is simply a matter of doing another translation cycle for 5.8.

Milan, I'm not sure if we're planning to fix this in 5.8.z as well. If so, please add 'cfme-5.8.z' flag.
