In Fedora's krb5 >= 1.15.2-2, I have added a German localization of krb5. It was complete at the time, though there may have been some drift (worst case English comes out instead of German). Its presence is pretty easy to check, if that were needed; in Fedora, one can just do: dnf -y install langpacks-de LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 kinit and verify that it's not English.
