Description of problem:

orthanc is available for F27 and F28.  Would it be possible to have it available for Centos 7.4

Hello,

As the upstream maintainer of Orthanc, I personally have no time to migrate the Fedora package to EPEL, which would indeed be nice to the FOSS medical imaging community. Contributors are welcome!

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
