Description of problem:
Now that mp3 support is possible for EPEL7 packages, can audacity be rebuilt with mp3 enabled?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
audacity-2.1.1-1.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.attempt to open mp3 in audacity
2.
3.

Actual results:
fails, unsupported codec

Expected results:
mp3 codec enabled
