add
URL: http://www.infodrom.org/projects/sysklogd/
Source:
http://www.infodrom.org/projects/sysklogd/download/sysklogd-%{version}.tar.gz

to the spec file.

-thanks-

$ grep Source: sysklogd.spec
Source: sysklogd-%{version}rh.tar.gz

The sysklogd source is maintained by Red Hat, and is stored in our CVS.
To obtain the source, unpack the latest
sysklogd-${VERSION}-${RELEASE}.src.rpm from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com .

It's better to send patches to the 'original' project than to create a
new development inside redhat, but it's only _my_ opinion.
