Doc Text:
Due to a bug in the NetworkManager service, the activation process was considered for devices not currently activated. As a consequence, the NetworkManager-wait-online service timed out leading to wait longer than necessary at boot time. This bug has been fixed, and the NetworkManager-wait-online service does not delay the start of the system more than necessary.
