 - You forgot to add the Release in the %changelog:

* Sat Oct 07 2017 Ed Marshall <esm> - 0.9.1-1

 - The README file has executable permissions:

golang-github-SAP-go-hdb-devel.noarch: W: spurious-executable-perm /usr/share/doc/golang-github-SAP-go-hdb-devel/README.md

   This is not ok, remove the executable bits and notify upstream about this issue.

   In %prep:

chmod 0644 README.md


This is trivial so the package is accepted, but don't forget to fix these issues before import.

Good catch; NOTICE, which I've also added to %doc, has the same problem. I've opened this upstream: https://github.com/SAP/go-hdb/issues/14

(I also typo'd the name of the package in the subject of this bugzilla; let's see if I have to have you re-flag it to actually push the package out. This is what I get for rolling so many packages at once...)
