Description of problem:
This page (https://manage-oso-unified-reg-stg.e203.evg.openshiftapps.com/subscription/801/support) needs to be updated to reflect that support is complimentary until Dec 31.

I'm unsure if there is anywhere else this is mentioned, but it will also need to be updated.

Fixed with https://github.com/openshift/online-registration/pull/635

I don't know if we mention that Oct 31 date anywhere in the docs or something - but this is the only place in the online-registration app.

On the unified registration console, user will be reminded that support will be free until December 31, 2017
