Segmentation fault in spawn_proc_prog calling apr_palloc

Occasionally

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Apache HTTP Server requests with mod_perl spawn_proc_prog calling spawn_proc_prog

Actual results:
Segmentation fault

Expected results:
No errors
