Doc Text:
Previously, when using the TigerVNC tool with FIPS mode enabled, the 1024-bit parameter was passed to the gnutls_dh_params_generate2() function during the initialization process. As a consequence, TigerVNC was not correctly initialized and failed. This update uses a function, which returns the correct bit parameter, and TigerVNC now works as expected.
