"up2date --show-orphans" command should not as for root password.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a non-root terminal
2. type: "up2date --show-orphans"
  
Actual results:
up2date asks for the root password

Expected results:
up2date should not ask for the root password

may address in up2date rewrite, but it's a WONTFIX for current
code base
