How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go Networks -> Networks
2. Choose any available free network
3. Go Configuration -> Delete this CLoud Network
4. Submit alert

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Flash message about the result of operation

Additional info:
Network gets deleted, you can ensure after provider refresh
