Description of problem:
Nothing happens when I try to click labels next to new radio buttons (class="radio-inline") in f.e. Provisioning dialog->Schedule Tab->When to Provision radio group.

5.8, 5.9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add any Infra Provider
2. Go to Compute->Infrastructure->Virtual Machines
3. Click LifeCycle->Provision VMs
4. choose any template 
5. Try to click any label of "When to Provision" radio group on Schedule tab.

Actual results:
nothing happens


Expected results:
appropriate radio button should be clicked
