Description of problem:

Copy the report "Provisioning Activity - by Requester" to "Provisioning Activity - by Requester-2"

Executing the copied report, one can se the value "Administrator" for the field 'Provision.Request : Approved By'.

If one later configures the Styling to:

Style:             if:                           
Red Background               =    Administrator
Light Background   Starts With    A



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version 5.9.0.2.20171010190026_0413a06 

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy specified report above-> setup styling as shown above->execute report
2. See the generated report
3. then export the above report->delete the created custom report->again import the report
4.Execute the report

Please provide logs corresponding to the error. Also, it would be very helpful to have a database dump.

Duplicate with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1498471 : if report has 'include:' section then all columns from include will not be populated after importing this report.
