When you log into gnome ive grown used to getting that stupid message
saying im logged in as root bla bla bla. I hated that message and low and
behold you answered my prayers and gave us an option to disable it. The
problem is when you try to upgrade your helix now or in the future it will
now bring back that message with no way to disable it. Is there an easy
solution to this problem?

file a report with Helix - we do not support helix packages. If you install
helix gdm - you get helix packages
