Based on BZ#1475795 we need to validate config.yml field for fluentd verbosity.

Is there another Ansible script that performs this validation?

No need for another Ansible script.
The requirment here is checking the value of the parameter
fluentd_output_plugin that can be "elasticsearch" of "fluentd" and in the future can be "file" etc.
