Actual results:

conserver won't reload new configurations.


Expected results:

conserver would reload new configuration without restarting existing connections.

I can confirm that this issue still occurs on Fedora.  I'm changing the product field to Fedora as it was reported for a Fedora package and not for EPEL (though the issue is relevant for it as well).
