Description of problem:
Support import for unregistered VMs/Templates with attribute mapping for DR purposes.
This mapping will be used to map any attributes preserved in the entity's OVF
with their correlated attributes in the secondary site.

The maps will be supported for the attributes:
 Cluster
 External LUN disks
 dbuser's domain
 Roles
 Affinity group
 Affinity labels

VM OVF contains mapping attributes. Tested using site to site DR script.

Note that external VMs with external FC LUN registration is currently blocked on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1525989

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
