Description of problem:
Try to do default install with Fedora-Modular-Server-dvd-x86_64-27-20171023.n.0.iso,but failed.
There are lots of problem for sure:unable use vnc,no scp,no vi;falling back to text mode even if you want to run it in graphic mode,unable to finish a bug report,etc. After you bear all of that,you will still unable to finish a installation,as you will see this bug.
Not sure if this is the right place for the report,please feel free to reassign,thanks.

Proposed as a Blocker for 27-beta by Fedora user lnie using the blocker tracking app because:
This will certainly affects the basic Modular server criteria,as we can't even finish a simple installation.
Actually this seems to be bug report for the Modular Server. So I think it should block the Fedora 27 Modular Server Beta, not the regular Fedora 27 Final. Checking Blocks accordingly.
