Description of problem:
Current mscore package depends on qt5-qtbase = 5.9.1, but qt5-qtbase 5.9.2 is available from the repos, preventing upgrade.

I am no longer seeing mscore-2.1.0-2 as an available version, but am attaching the dnf output from the last time I did.
